RAM Diamond Base with 1" Ball

The RAM-B-238U consists of a B size 1" diameter rubber ball on a 61.72mm x 33.27mm (2.43" x 1.31") diamond plate. The plate has two holes 48.56mm (1.912") from center to center, matches the industry standard AMPS hole pattern and will connect to a large variety of RAM mounts and third party cradles.

The 1” Ball is ideal for lighter applications such as smart phones, phablets and sat-navs. Use the 1” double socket arms to connect between all 1” ball RAM bases and RAM accessories. An example below features the RAM Diamond Adaptor, The RAM Standard Metal Arm and the RAM Round Adaptor.

The RAM-238U consists of a 1.5" diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 61.722mm x 33.274mm (2.43" x 1.31") diamond base. The base has two holes 48.56mm (1.912") from center to center, matches the industry standard AMPS hole pattern and will connect to a large variety of RAM Mount and third party cradles.

We recommend the 1.5” Ball for heavier applications such as 10in tablets, iPads and laptops. We offer a range of 1.5” arms and mounts for heavy-duty mounting solutions which are fully compatible with our existing range of tablet holders. Use the 1.5” double socket arms to connect between all 1.5” ball RAM bases and accessories.
